Pilot terms / review draft

A narrow contract for an evidence-generating pilot.

These draft terms reflect the implemented commercial boundary: invite-only, United States, USD, prepaid disclosed insertions, test mode first and no promised answer-engine result.

Who may participate?

Participation requires operator approval and a provisioned organisation. Applicants must be authorised to act for the organisation and must supply accurate site, destination and payment information. Access may be refused or suspended during the pilot.

What does an advertiser buy?

An advertiser prepays at least $100 USD and submits campaigns for manual review. An approved campaign may purchase disclosed insertions on eligible network-verified crawler requests. Funding does not purchase or guarantee an answer mention, ranking, citation, referral, conversion or exclusivity; human referral signals are not billable.

What does a publisher supply?

A publisher verifies control of a site, configures a supported public HTTPS origin and approves the crawler-insertion pilot scope. The publisher receives the majority of settled insertion revenue under the split disclosed during approval. Available earnings carry forward until the $50 payout threshold and Stripe Connect requirements are met.

How are claims and disclosures governed?

Campaign claims and HTTPS destinations require approval. Paid language must remain visibly identified as sponsored, and training-only crawler traffic is ineligible. Participants must not use the service for deceptive, unlawful, unsafe or model-manipulation instructions.

How do refunds and processor fees work?

Stripe processing fees are a platform expense for the pilot. Advertiser refund requests are reviewed by support and, if approved, returned through Stripe subject to already-spent balance and processor constraints. Final legal text must define timing, non-refundable earned spend and dispute handling.

What must legal review still decide?

Insert the registered operator, effective date, governing law, taxes, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnities, intellectual-property licence, confidentiality, service levels, termination, notice and amendment terms. The pilot must not accept these terms until those decisions are complete.
