Commercial pilot applications now go through the access form so the review includes the domain, traffic or budget band, and decision you want the test to support.

When will an applicant hear back?
Every request is human-reviewed. There is no automatic acceptance promise or fixed response time while cohort size remains intentionally small. If approved, the applicant receives a one-use sign-in link at the work email supplied.
Can someone submit without a US pilot?
Not through the current commercial form. The day-0 money flow, Stripe methods and terms are limited to the United States and USD. General research questions can still be sent by email.
